Jessica: And now we had other teachers of kids I know through, through, the connections through, through The Rock, Marcus Logan he runs this program. And we go monthly. And there was a parent there, and their teacher went to our school, to Ms. Randall to get trained on how to do it.
Tara: Wow.
Jessica: Yeah. And now we have other kids who are coming. The vice principal called me said “Will you meet with this mom? They’re transitioning today!” So I went out, and like, pepped her up.
Alex: Which is really great. Because you know, it’s, it’s not like you have like a road map of what you’re going to do.
Tara: No!
Alex: So to have somebody in the community that you can talk to, that’s kind of done this before. Also just being able to be like, “Hey Stella, look, here’s somebody who's like you.” And have them feel like somebody’s got their back.
Jessica: And she knows that it’s safer for the next person. And so she feels like that’s good. That’s good that she’s here.
