Bev: Um… I think the process of just going out there and being who you are, and just… If you aren’t lucky enough to be in a situation where--and this is not that unusual--if you’re in a situation where you’re the only lesbian parents there, then I would be involved volunteering. Just demonstrating to people who may not have the experience that you’re completely normal. That you love your kids just as much as anybody else. And that your kids are completely well-adjusted. Uh, and I think that’s really, sort of, where I would put the emphasis, rather than going out there and, um, you know, really pushing an agenda.
